Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes, just say you’re wanting to book under the Hohenstern/Bilodeau wedding block

Are the ceremony and reception at one location?

Answer

Yes! The Swan Club is where we will be the whole day. We have an indoor room reserved for the whole wedding day.

What will happen between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Drinks and Hors d’oeuvres will be provided beginning at 4pm for cocktail hour

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

starting at 4pm beer and soda will be at no charge

What are the wedding colors?

Burgundy, and Navy blue

What if I don’t want to attend due to COVID-19?

Answer

We respect everyone’s decision and safety in this current pandemic. If you do not feel comfortable coming to the wedding due to the current situation, we completely understand. We just ask that you please let it reflect your rsvp so we don’t account for more than we need to.

Are masks a requirement to attend?

Answer

Masks are not a requirement due to being a private event, but can be worn by those who wish to wear them. We ask everyone respect each other’s decision no matter if they wear a mask or not

Is there a gap between ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes. Ceremony is at 2 and expected to last half an hour max. Cocktail hour isn’t until 4. There will be approximately 1.5hr gap. This is time for bridal party to do photos

Will there be hand sanitizer?

Answer

Yes! We will have a few hand sanitizer pumps around the room for guests to use
