Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website. A passport BOOK is required - Passport Cards, Enhanced Drivers Licenses or SENTRI cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The US State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date. Can I bring a guest to the wedding ceremony and reception?

Potentially - reach out to us directly first. Some guests are bringing a + 1 for the trip and not the actual wedding event and we'd like to plan accordingly.

Can I book through a different Travel Agent/outside of the room block?

Answer

Booking with our Travel Agent directly offers more competitive pricing, financing options, and allows us to ensure that you are included in all wedding group festivities. With our Travel Agent, she can assist with any modifications, cancellations, and address any issues/concerns that may arise before and during the trip. If you choose to book independent of our Travel Agent, we would be unable to guarantee room availability and/or pricing, and you'd lose out on additional amenities offered from the resort to our guests.

What about transportation to and from the resort?

Transportation from the airport to the resort upon arrival is included in your booking, as is for departure.

If not, don't go for the free resort $200 vouchers at VIP Services. Skip the VIP Breakfast. Say no thanks...unless a timeshare sales presentation is what you're interested in...then stop, look, and listen!
