Des Moines International Airport (DSM)

This is the best airport to fly into. Uber or Lyft (not public transportation) is recommended from the airport to hotel accommodations. It's about a 15 min ride to downtown Des Moines.

We've reserved a room block here! The Marriott Downtown is 0.9 miles from our wedding venue (20 min walk, 5 min drive). Standard King - $179/night To reserve a room, call (800) 228-9290 or (515) 245-5500 and mention the Kim/Winger Wedding Block. Must reserve before April 5, 2019.

We looked and...there's not a lot of options. We recommend only for couples or small groups. Search for airbnbs near 500 E. Locust St., Des Moines (our wedding duh) in the East Village or Downtown neighborhood. P.S. there's Uber and Lyft in Des Moines :-)

Travel Note

Keep in mind...

Book early! Our wedding is the same weekend as the Drake Relays (one of the top track and field events in the United States) and hotels are filling up fast. Maybe you'll "run" into the next Usain Bolt ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
