What are you Covid precautions?

Answer

We are looking forward to a joyous yet responsible celebration. If you are unvaccinated or feeling unwell, we request that you get tested within 48 hours of the wedding. We are closely monitoring the ongoing situation and will communicate as needed. Thank you

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due December 1, however, because of unexpected challenges with our mailing, please let us know asap but before December 10

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be in the hotel lobby by 6:30pm to take the shuttle to the wedding venue. Alternatively, please arrive by 7:00pm at the Mansion at Natirar for the festivities

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested (this is just below Black Tie on the attire scale). Come dressed to party for NYE!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Given it will be a late evening, we have arranged for fun (vaccinated) babysitters at the hotel for those traveling with children. Please contact bglasher@aol.com to let us know of your childcare needs

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The wedding caterer will be responsive to any dietary needs during table service

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We will provide shuttles to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle departs from the hotel at 6:30pm and will return at the conclusion of the wedding festivities
