Question

When and where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, The Atlanta History Center. The ceremony will begin on Saturday evening promptly at 5:30 pm. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes beforehand for seating. Guests should allow approximately 5 minutes to walk from the parking area to the ceremony site. Following the ceremony, the cocktail hour and reception will take place nearby on the same property.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. We will provide shuttle service to and from the primary hotel, The Tess, (details to come) and the venue. Guests who choose to drive may park on-site.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved hotel blocks at two nearby hotels. Booking information can be found in the Travel tab. If your desired hotel block appears to be full, please reach out to the bride and groom so we can work to expand the block.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding will be a formal event. We kindly ask guests to dress in formal evening attire (suits and ties, formal floor or ankle-length dresses). The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, weather permitting. Keep in mind that the outdoor spaces are partially on grass.

Yes. Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Who is Benjamin?

Answer

Jamie's full name is Benjamin Bircoll. Jamie is his nickname, and no one calls him Benjamin. However, you may see or hear his full name in formal settings.
