What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking and seating.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors at Yankee Trace Golf Club, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors.

Where should I park?

Complimentary parking is available on-site at the venue.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Yankee Trace Golf Club.

Are children invited?

Answer

As parents ourselves, we completely understand the realities of childcare. While our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, we have invited a small number of children where arrangements were needed. If your child is included, it will be indicated on your invitation. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements for the evening. If this presents a challenge, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We have included all plus-ones on your invitations. If you received one, it should populate when you go to RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be hosting an open bar during the reception.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Or you can reach out to one of us directly.

Is there a hotel room block?

Hotel information and room block details will be shared closer to the date.

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

No, it is not. We love all extra photos and videos we can get. That being said, we do not want phones being held high in the air, flash photography, or any disruption. If you have your phone out, please keep it at chest level so it is not shown in our photos. We will have a place for you to upload all of your photos so we can go back and treasure them later!

Can I post photos on social media?

We’d love for you to share photos after the ceremony using our wedding hashtag and tagging us!
