What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time for seating. Shuttle will be provided from the Conrad Hotel to transport you to our wedding venue. Please refer to the Schedule page for more info on the shuttle.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Your children are welcome to join us on Thursday evening and the Saturday brunch. We kindly request that the ceremony and reception dinner be reserved for adults, with the exception of children from our immediate families. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Does the hotel offer babysitter service?
Answer
Yes, both Conrad and Iberostar hotels offer babysitter service. For services at the Conrad Hotel, please reach out to them via email at PVRPM.CONCIERGE@conradhotels.com for more info and assistance. For services at the Iberostar, please reach out to them via email at mitrp9@iberostar.com.

What is the dress code for the Ceremony & Reception?
Answer
Semi-Formal, Beach Chic & Colorful Attire! We encourage our guests to embrace bright colors, light fabrics, and relaxed, stylish pieces suitable for a beach setting. Recommendations: Men: Lightweight suits or dress shirts with slacks, loafers or dress shoes. Women: Cocktail dresses, elegant maxi dresses, dressy sandals or wedges. Think tropical colors, flowy dresses, linen shirts, and vibrant hues – perfect for celebrating by the sea!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

All events (Welcome Dinner, Ceremony & Reception) will be outdoors. Please dress accordingly.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be parking available at Tizate Garden. However, it's limited and we recommend taking our provided shuttle or Uber/Taxi.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes, we will have shuttles running between the hotel and the venue. You can check the Schedule tab for specific times.
