Information is being presented early to better inform guests of impending costs associated with traveling for their destination wedding. Isaac and Jade ask you only RSVP “Yes!” when you are certain you will be able to attend their wedding in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on 03/28/26. Again, please do not hesitate to reach out to Isaac and Jade for any questions or concerns.

How much will it cost to book at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta?

Verified info as of 06/23/25: Hyatt Ziva requires a 3-night minimum stay for all wedding guests; this costs approx $1750 for 2 people, depending on personal room preference. *Rates appear to change based on dates and lengths of stay chosen* All packages are all-inclusive with unlimited dining and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), activities, entertainment, taxes and fees. Round trip ground transportation from the airport is available for purchase. HIGHLY recommended to secure your stay ASAP. Reservations can be held for a non-refundable deposit of $150 per person. Final payments are due 65 days prior to your departure date. Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time. Price matching is available through Destify at the time of booking; restrictions apply. Minimum night stays can change at any time. The resort does not offer a room block reserve, so no space is being held at the hotel. Book your stay as soon as possible to guarantee your room at the resort. Please, inquire with Isaac or Jade if you have any other questions about the resort/booking/cost.

Can I only stay 3 nights?

The resort REQUIRES all guests stay a minimum of 3 nights. Anyone is more than welcome to stay any amount of days longer than 3 days, if they choose! Make it a vacation! 🌴

When do I need to arrive at the resort?

Answer

While all guests need to meet the 3-night minimum, guests do not all have to arrive on the same day. Guests simply need to book a minimum of 3-nights in total and have to arrive no later than Friday, 03/27/2026.

Will I be allowed a plus one?

Answer

Isaac and Jade are having a small destination wedding. With that, unfortunately not everyone is allowed to have a plus one. They hope you’ll feel honored you were invited to their special day and will understand the number of those invited is limited.

Bachelor/Bachelorette Party 🤍🎉

Answer

For scheduling and booking purposes for those that would like to join in: Isaac and Jade are going to have a joint bachelor/bachelorette party on Thursday 03/26/26 in downtown Puerto Vallarta. However, anyone that wants to join is invited, not just groomsman and bridesmaids. Isaac and Jade want to celebrate with everyone doing them the honor of making it to their destination wedding.🏝️ More details to come closer to the actual wedding date.

Shuttles and Trip Insurance

Destify coordinates shuttles to and from the airport /resort and you can purchase trip insurance if you’d like to. If you plan to fly down with others, you can contact Destify and book a group shuttle. All of this can be purchased separately and does not have to be purchased at the time of reservation.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While the resort allows children, Isaac and Jade ask, in the months between now and the wedding, those invited with children try to arrange for childcare for the duration of their stay in Puerto Vallarta for the wedding. If there are any concerns or questions regarding this matter, please reach out to Isaac and Jade.
