This story has been told for over a decade now, and we can all agree that Alex's version is the better one. Alex and Jake met at the Broadway Diner during their winter break in 2014. Alex, who had been called into her hostess job last minute, was wrapping up her shift when Jake walked in. Jake told Alex that he would need a table for fifteen, and she quickly moved some tables to accommodate the party. The story goes that Alex kept eyeing Jake, feeling a strange magnetic pull.
