Imagine living two blocks away from one another your entire childhood but never knowing it, going to the same high school but never connecting, and then somehow you end up getting married?! That's us - seems like we were always meant to find each other, doesn't it? I guess the old cliché is right, "What's meant to be will always find its way." We met, for real this time, in March of 2020 (thanks to some effort by our mutual friends) but, finally had our first date in July - thanks, Covid. It was well worth the wait and, after a 2-hour dinner at Marra's Restaurant on Passyunk Avenue, Jaclyn knew she would marry Mike one day. Mike finally got on board with the idea too, about 3 years later (LOL). We both knew we saw something special in one another and couldn't wait to explore our new relationship. We have had many wonderful memories traveling along the east coast to different towns and cities, spending summers at the Jersey shore, and Valentine's Day in the Pocono Mountains but, nothing beats the memories we are making together as we turn a house into a home and grow in our love for one another. We have walked with each other through some of the darkest times of our lives but, it somehow only made our love stronger. There is no question that we were meant to find each other. Now, let's get married!
