Are there any other events that I should know about ?

Friday, May 26th at 5:30 the Bride and Groom will be at the Willard-AC Marriott Rooftop Bar and Lounge to welcome guest and enjoy a cocktail. Casual come and go!

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
Answer
Yes, please see travel page for the recommended hotels with room blocks. There is limited availability, so it is first come first serve.

How do I get to the Wedding from the suggested hotels?
Answer
Merrimon-Wynne is a 20 minute walk from the selected hotels. Alternatively shuttle to and from will be provided.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
A public parking lot is available located on Polk Street (directly across the street from Merrimon Wynne).

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 4 pm. We request guest arrive no earlier than 3:30.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). Cocktail Hour and Reception will be indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Beer, Wine, and Liquor options will be available.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
We will be serving heavy hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a plated dinner and dessert.

Are there vegetarian options available?
Answer
Cocktail Hour will include vegetarian hors d'oeuvres. Seated meal vegetarian option is available upon request.

Due to space, plus 1 or your date's name will be indicated on your invitation.

Please RSVP by mail by April 17th. Invitation will include a reply envelope.
