Where Will I Find My Ride To The Resort

Answer

When you land at the airport you will first have to clear customs. We recommend filling out the forms before you arrive - https://www.inm.gob.mx/fmme/publico/en/solicitud.html. Once you go through customs and claim your checked baggage you will exit the terminal to find your transportation to the resort. **IMPORTANT** If you have scheduled a transfer through the resort DO NOT stop and listen/talk to any of the tour operators or taxi companies that will try and get your attention. They want to charge you money for their own service and do not want to actually assist you. The Seasons Tours representatives, which are the tour company that works with the resort, and you will be getting a ride from, will be OUTSIDE OF THE TERMINAL. They are going to be wearing beige pants & green polo shirts that say Seasons Tours. We cannot stress enough (if you booked a transfer through the hotel) that you should talk to nobody other than the Seasons Tour representatives.

Bug Spray Sunblock Yeti Tumbler Waterproof Phone Case/Dry Bag Hat Bathing Suits Some people recommend DampRid due to the humidity for the rooms (your call on if that is needed) The resort has a no disposable plastic policy, which means that they do not have straws. If you want to sip your frozen cocktail with a straw we recommend bringing one with you. You can always go with a silicone or metal straw that you can easily bring with you.

How do I join the Shared Photo Album?

Answer

We are asking that guest take lots of photos and share them with us via the created shared album. If you have an apple phone, there was an invite sent out. If you do not have an apple product, you can join the shared google drive with the QR code sent out via email!

Ok, But What Does "Beach Formal" Mean for the Wedding?

Answer

Obviously not Black Tie but also not surfing attire. Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or slacks. Although we will be getting married on the beach, shorts, flip flops and bathing suits are not allowed during the ceremony. We recommend wedges or dressy sandals for women. Thank you for your understanding!

What About Tipping?

Answer

While tipping is not required, we will generally tip a few dollars for every other round of drinks and will leave a few dollars with dinner as well. Tips are much appreciated by the staff and can go a long way towards making sure your pool or beach waiter keeps the refills coming!

Does the resort have a dress code?

Answer

YES! The resort is VERY strict on the dress code, make sure you pack accordingly. Regular Casual Dinner For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt, blouse, or dress. For Gentlemen: Shorts, Bermudas, Capri or long pants. Dress shirt, collarless shirt, or polo shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. Sleeveless t-shirts, tanks, and beach flip flops are not allowed. Applies for: Kitchen Table (Breakfast/Lunch), Oregano (Dinner), Agave, Spice, Basmati, Flavor Market, The Grill, Magna (Breakfast), Sports bar Casual Elegance Dinner For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt, and blouse, or dress. For Gentlemen: Long dress pants and a collared shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tanks, collarless shirts, shorts, beach sandals, or flip flops are not allowed. Applies for: Chez Isabelle, Magna (Dinner) Breakfast/Lunch Dress Code: Casual Shorts, bermudas, sarongs and t-shirts are welcome. Footwear must be work at all times. Sleeveless tshirts (men), tank tops, wet clothes and swimsuits are not permitted. Applies for: Oregano (Lunch), Las Olas (Lunch)
