Getting to the Mad River Valley
From Burlington International Airport: Warren is a 1-hour drive from the airport. Ride hails are usually available from BTV to Warren, costing about $75. Getting back to the airport though will require pre-arranged taxi service. Call Green Cab VT (802-864-2424) or Green Mountain Taxi (802-503-3096) to schedule a ride back to the airport for about $90. You can also rent a car from Burlington. From Albany: The drive is almost 3 hours, and requires a car. From Boston: The drive is about 3 hours, and requires a car. From Manchester, NH: The drive is about 2 hours and 15 minutes, and requires a car. From New York: The drive is about 6 hours, and requires a car.

Transportation to the wedding venue
For those staying at the Clay Brook Hotel or the Sugarbush Inn, shuttle transportation will be provided to the Round Barn before the wedding ceremony and after the reception. If you're staying somewhere else, you'll need to drive. There is plenty of parking available at the Round Barn. Note: There is no Lyft or Uber available in the Valley. There is also no reliable taxi service

Rooms range from $316 - $450 for two nights. Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided to those who stay at the Clay Brook Hotel or the Sugarbush Inn. The Clay Brook Inn is located right at the base of the mountain, where our welcome party will be Friday night. The Sugarbush Inn is 1.3 miles down the access road from the mountain - Make sure to request an air-conditioned room (one of their floors is old-fashioned, without AC).

There are plenty of nice ski houses available. But please note that you'll need to arrange your own transportation to the wedding, as there is no reliable taxi service (Vermont's adoption of Lyft/Uber has been very slow).
