If you like cliff jumping, this will get you pumped up. If you prefer wading in pristine and refreshing water, this works too. Note: the walk from the parking lot is steep, and there are rocks to lounge on but no sand/grass.
There are mountain biking and hiking trails across the street from the lake. This intermediate terrain has ups and downs that will get your heart pumping. Not for beginners, and you probably have to bring your own bike (there aren't many places to rent).
There is swimming beneath the covered bridge (built in 1833). Also lots of boutique + chic shops. Great place to spend a sunny day. The Sweet Spot café has acai & poke bowls, sandwiches, and coffee, and beer from 8am - 4pm Saturday, 8am - 2pm Sunday.
Saturday from 9am - 1pm. Food, music, crafts. Good clean family fun.
Located on the Long Trail, this 2.2-mile round-trip trail is not too steep and brings you to a beautiful lookout ledge over the mountains. For more serious hikers, block off several hours for the Mt. Abraham hike, which starts at the same trailhead.

Jack and Alex's favorite spot. Can't go wrong with the carnitas tacos and margarita. They also serve craft beer and the infamous "Big Daddy Fatty"
A pioneer of farm-to-table dining. Hardcore local sourced pizza, cooked in a giant oven right before your eyes. No reservations, but they have outdoor space and an art gallery where you can sip a drink while you wait for a table.
Quintessential general store with pretty much anything you could possibly need, including souvenirs.
The 18 hole course is just like Vermont: Green, hilly, and hoppy
Lincoln Peak is one of Vermont's five 4K foot mountains. In the summer it offers downhill biking, scenic chairlift, frisbee golf, fitness center & spa, tennis, and a zipline. There are three restaurants at the base of the mountain as well.
Pitcher Inn: Fine Dining within a beautiful old hotel in Warren Village. Tracks: This place is in the lower level of the Pitcher Inn. A more casual, almost apres-ski atmosphere, Tracks has upscale cuisine, good beer, wine and cocktails, as well as a shuffleboard and pool table. Sip an IPA at the outdoor patio before dinner with the babbling Mad River right beside you.
