When should I RVSP by?

Please RSVP no later than April 24, 2021.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do. However, do to limited space only kids of the immediate family and in the bridal party will be allowed to attend. Use our wedding as a night off!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. It is nothing personal but due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have limited space to accommodate extra guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying under the hotel block at the Hotel Madison, there will be a complimentary shuttle. If you are staying elsewhere, may we suggest Ubering to the venue? ;)

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

We request that during the ceremony, you unplug from your devices and be fully present with us. After we are officially Mr. and Mrs., you can plug back in for the reception and post all the photos that you wish! Remember to use the #itsbitnertime and/or tag one of us so we can see how much fun you had on our special day!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking! However, the parking lot is a decent distance away from the ceremony space.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire. For the fellas: slacks not jeans, button-ups not polos, but no ties required (though it would be nice). For the ladies: skirts, dresses, and pantsuits recommended. The bride kindly asks you to refrain from white or ivory dresses.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM. Don't be that person that ruins the bride's grand entrance.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

For our cocktail hour we will be providing chips and salsas, fruit and veggies. Dinner will be served buffet style and choices included juniper-marinated chicken, pork bbq with a variety of sauces, mixed green salad, mashed potatoes, and green beans. For dessert, enjoy our wedding cupcakes and a variety of other delicious goodies! Please let us know if you have an allergy.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Our send-off will be at 10:00 pm. If you are not ready for the party to end, join us back at Hotel Madison for an after party at the lobby bar!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes. We are registered through Zola! Though your presence for our special day is enough.
