DIRECTIONS: Middletown is two hours from the Sacramento airport. When driving from the airport to Middletown, you will drive N. on HWY 5 toward Williams. You'll drive for about 45 min. and at Williams, you're going to take the exit to HWY 20, Clearlake. Take that for 45 min., and then you will take a left onto HWY 53 into Clearlake. Stay on HWY 53 (it turns into HWY 29) until you reach Middletown Bible Church (20853 HWY 29) - about 15 min. LODGING: In Middletown, there is the Eagle and Rose and lodging at the local Twin Pines Casino hotel. 15 minutes away, in Clearlake, there is a Best Western. If you're looking to turn this in to a bit of a vacation, you could visit the Napa Valley. The town of Calistoga and St. Helena are just 30 min. away from Middletown and have lots of beautiful options for lodging, shopping, wine tasting, bike rides and walks. The California coast and redwoods are just about an hour away, so you could also stay near the coast.
