We absolutely love your little ones! However, we have chosen to make our special day an adults-only event to allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening. The only exception will be the children of the bride and groom’s siblings, as they are part of the wedding party. We kindly encourage you to use this as a night out to celebrate, reconnect, and enjoy a well-deserved date night!
We cannot wait to party with you on our wedding day! Dinner and drinks will be on us, but the hangover is on you!
We’ve done our best to accommodate all of our loved ones, but due to limited space, attendance is by invitation only. If you have been allotted a plus one, it will be reflected on your invitation. When RSVPing on our wedding website, simply scan the barcode provided and search your name—any approved guests will appear under your name. We truly look forward to spending this special evening with our closest friends and family!
We kindly ask that you silence and put away your phones for our unplugged ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture every special moment, so you can be fully present with us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like during cocktail hour and the reception! To help us relive the fun, there will be a barcode at your table where you can upload any pictures or videos you capture throughout the evening.
Please RSVP whether you are able to attend or not. To ensure we have the most accurate headcount, we kindly ask that you only RSVP “yes” if you are certain you’ll be attending, and “no” if you are not. We also ask that no substitutions be made—if you are unable to attend, please do not send someone in your place.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at the time listed on your invitation. Doors will open one hour prior to the start. If you arrive late, you will miss the ceremony. In that case, we kindly ask that you wait quietly on the side of the venue and join us afterward for the cocktail hour with the rest of our family and friends.
Please RSVP by Wednesday, September 6, 2025. Anyone who does not RSVP by this date will be marked as not attending. To help us plan accordingly, we must provide our venue and vendors with an accurate guest count. As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are unable to accept late RSVPs. This means that if you do not RSVP on time, we will not be able to accommodate you with seating, food, or drinks. If you do plan to attend, please RSVP or reach out to us as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your understanding!
Your presence on our special day means the world to us! We truly consider it the greatest gift. However, if you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, you may do so through the Registry tab on our website, or by leaving a card in the designated box at the reception. If you plan on sending a gift, please send to our home or feel free to bring it to the wedding. Thank you for your love and support! Address: 1288 Snowden Ave Memphis, TN 38107
If you’re unable to attend, please be sure to RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly and provide an accurate guest count to our vendors. While we’ll miss celebrating with you, we truly appreciate your response!
We’re so grateful you’re making the trip to join us on our special day! To make things easier, we’ve put together a list of recommended hotels near the venue. You can find this information under the Travel tab on our website, where each hotel listing includes a direct link to check availability and book your stay.
Parking will be available in a gravel lot near the venue. To make things easier, a golf cart will be on-site to assist guests with the walk to the ceremony area.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. Please arrive by 3:30–3:45 p.m. to be seated and ready. Late arrivals unfortunately will miss the ceremony, and we’d hate for you to miss this special moment!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.
Our ceremony will be unplugged—we kindly ask that you please turn off phones and cameras to be fully present in the moment. A professional photographer will be there to capture every special moment of the ceremony. Feel free to take and share photos during cocktail hour and the reception, and we’d love to see them if you post on social media!
As proud Mississippians, we know the weather can be unpredictable—expect temperatures ranging from the high 60s to a bit chilly. Please dress accordingly to stay comfortable throughout the day.
We will be serving Cajun styled food during the reception.
