How do I get a discount on my room at Hilton Garden Inn Manassas?

Answer

- Go to Travel page and click on "View" - Edit the dates you would like to stay (this defaults to October 13-17) - If discount code needed, use "HUT" - Make sure to book by September 13th

What if I missed the hotel block deadline?

Answer

-Make your reservation online and send Ian or Halie your confirmation code. -The hotel manager will add you to our block with the $120/night rate :)

How will I get to the venue from the hotel?

Answer

- Lots of paved parking at the venue - Can leave car at the venue overnight - Copy & Paste our Uber code: r2MdA7jC6fm - Scan the QR code on the back of our program to automatically add the Uber voucher to your app

Yes Jamie, the cocktail hour and reception will both be open bar.
