Guest Arrival

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We do ask that all guest dress in the color black for the wedding and ceremony.
Please enter through the main clubhouse entrance. Once inside, guests will have the opportunity to sign their well-wishes for the happy couple, as well as enjoy a glass of champagne before being seated in the courtyard prior to the ceremony.
Ceremony

The ceremony will take place under the "Ceremony Oak" tree overlooking Wagner Creek with the bride and groom's most beloved family and friends.
Cocktail Hour

Guests will transition over to the East Courtyard immediately following the ceremony. There they will be able to enjoy a selection of hand passed hors d'oeuvres and an open bar that will be available throughout the evening.
Dinner

The couple kindly asks guest to locate their name on the seating chart prior to heading upstairs for dinner. Guests will have their choice of several entrée and side selections. Please mention any specific dietary restrictions when confirming attendance.
Reception

Due to the expected drop in temperature as the sun sets, it is recommended that guests consider bringing a shawl or coat. The reception will include both and indoor and outdoor space in which guests will be able to enjoy dancing, mingling, yard and board games, and a late-night snack! Be sure to stay until the send-off, as the bride and groom also have a special surprise planned for the guests to celebrate the start of their new life together!
Bride & Groom Send-Off

As guests gather outside of the front entrance of the clubhouse, the bride and groom will take a moment to share a private last dance together before exiting as husband and wife. Please remember to gather all of your belongings after the bride and groom leave.
