Wedding Party

Allen Espinal

Groom

Meet the man, the legend, but most certainly not a myth, Allen. If you told him back in high school that he would be in this position right after college, he probably would've laughed at you, but these days he just laughs at his old self and turns back, smiling in the direction of the woman who changed his life. He honestly can't believe he managed to convince Taylor to marry him, but he's not complaining a bit. While he and the wedding party have all gone through their fair share together, he's delighted that he gets to share his wedding day with those he's come to call his family; and while his old self may not have expected to be here, he looks back at him with pride, knowing that he made the choice to grow, to learn, and to love fully and unconditionally.

Taylor Hunt

Bride

Meet Taylor, the only person patient enough to withstand Allen’s endless commentary on anything within his line of sight or any conspiracy theory he has seen on Reddit. She’s beautiful, brilliant, goofy, and brave. The best part of her day is making the most silly and beautiful memories with the people she loves, such as the time when Taylor almost strangled Allen to death during a competitive race to the supermarket. When she isn't attempting the life of Allen, she is dancing the Hoedown Throwdown until 1 am with her best gals.

Jeremy Valerio

Best Man

What’s up, everyone? I’m Jeremy, the best man (which basically means I get to roast Allen while also making sure he actually makes it to the altar on time). Allen and I met in high school, and somehow, he’s tolerated me ever since, eventually becoming my brother. From cracking jokes to navigating life’s chaos, we’ve been through it all. Now, I get to witness him take the ultimate leap- marriage. I’m beyond honored to stand by his side and celebrate this huge moment with him. Can’t wait to party with everyone!

Natasha Santana

Maid of Honor

Best friend, fashion advisor, and the reason why everyone is getting drunk on the wedding day. Natasha and Taylor have known each other since they were diapers (if diapers are fabulously fitting jeans in a college class.) She is the first to hit the dance floor and will be conducting military style drills for the groom and groomsmen. You will most likely find her at the bar or making sure nothing falls apart. Natasha says, xoxo muah.

Chris Ferdinand

Groomsman

Started as classroom rivals, bonded over getting a teacher fired—truly the foundation of any healthy friendship. Nearly a decade later, we’ve survived high school, a pandemic, and several questionable bar tabs. He makes a killer wingman, has suspiciously refined liquor taste, and somehow I convinced him to cross state lines just to ask me to be in this wedding. Worth it? Yes but the better taste in liquor jury is still out. But I’m here, suited up, and ready to make sure he doesn’t trip walking down the aisle.

Rowen Holder

Bridesmaid

Sharing a residence with the loud Allen and patient Taylor, Rowen has plenty of experience in knowing when to bring out a mojito to calm the room—the drink nicknamed the Ro-jito by Allen. She is also the onsite barista and grammar extraordinaire of the group. Taylor and Rowen make the perfect team, often ganging up on Allen when he tries to cheat during a game of the Last Word. At the wedding, you will find her tiptoeing through the venue, trying to convince others that pineapple and ham are in fact the best pizza topping combo.
