We are a Hinge success story! Despite growing up just ten miles apart and both attending college in the Blue Ridge Mountains, our paths did not cross until 2019. After matching on Hinge, we quickly set up our first date at Bond Brothers Brewery. We instantly connected over our time spent in the mountains, our shared music taste, and our love for trash tv. As it turned out, neither of us wanted the night to end. We wandered through downtown Cary, stopping at a few more spots and talking until the early hours of the morning. After that first night, we continued to build our relationship through the things that bring us joy like traveling, staying active, exploring markets and festivals, and sharing our love of music. Months of getting to know one another turned into years, and we have created a life that is full of laughter, love, and simple beautiful moments. In the Summer of 2023 we took our next big step by moving in together. Since then, our home has become our favorite place, especially when we’re cooking together or relaxing with our silly cat, Mia Moore! Ridiculous improvised songs and dance parties in the kitchen are a daily occurrence, and there is never a shortage of laughter. As we approach marriage we are feeling grateful for so many things: each other, our families, our friends, and for a love that continues to grow stronger every day. We are so excited to celebrate that love together with all of you!
