What time will the shuttle be leaving the hotel for the wedding?

Answer

The shuttle will be leaving the Hampton Inn promptly at 5:30pm to bring guests to the wedding. Please do not be late if you wish to take the shuttle.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30pm. Please arrive between 6pm-6:30pm in order to be on time for the ceremony to start.

Is there transportation back to the hotel after the wedding?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle back to the hotel will be available at the conclusion of the reception. There will also be an early bus leaving at about 10:30pm as well.

What is the Dress Code?

Dress code for the wedding is black tie optional.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Number of guests/plus ones will be indicated in the "number of seats reserved in your honor" section of the RSVP card in the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request that only those over the age of 18 attend this event unless otherwise specifically stated on your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

There is ample parking available at the venue, as well as at the hotel where the block is reserved.

What is the menu for the reception?

Answer

This will be a cocktail-style wedding. A traditional cocktail hour with stations and passed hors d'oeuvres will take place. At the reception a seated salad will be served followed by a variety of different cocktail food stations for dinner. Gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan food will be available.
