What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may start to arrive at 4:00 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family in friends dressed up with us! We are requesting formal dress code for the evening, specifically, in the color black. For men, this means suits, or button down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women, floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. Since this is a smaller wedding of family and close friends, we would love everyone to match and be in pictures!

Can I bring a +1?

We are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All 3 will be indoors! You will all have access to the gardens to walk around to take pictures. There will also be a little outdoor area you are welcome to use during the cocktail hour and reception right outside the venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

We kindly ask for a phone free ceremony.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar during the reception! If joining us for the after party at Hotel Elkhart, it will be a cash bar.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, please note that this is an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children specifically listed on the invitation.

Please RSVP by August 1, 2025. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can plan accordingly.
