FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP though our wedding site before June 18, 2021.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire (i.e. ladies could wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen could wear a suit and tie, jackets optional).

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, reach out and let us know if there is someone you would like to bring.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Check out the Travel tab for more information on our hotel block at the SpringHill Suites by Marriot located in Newark, DE.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The best gift is your presence at our special day, but in lieu of a registry, we have opted for cash contributions towards a new house or honeymoon due to the difficulty transporting gifts back with us to San Diego.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony to find your seat before we get started.

Question

Do we need to wear a mask?

Answer

Under the current circumstances we ask that guests wear their masks for the duration of the ceremony and while not seated at the reception. We understand that many have been vaccinated, but in the interest of those who may be unable to do so, we ask that our guests exercise appropriate precaution to keep everyone safe.

Question

What additional safety measures will be taken on the day?

Answer

Please be assured that your health and safety is our top priority! Along with adhering to the current restrictions and guidelines, we have chosen to implement the following additional safety measures at our wedding: - We will have multiple sanitizing stations set up around the venue, including upon arrival and in each bathroom. - All wait staff and bar staff will be wearing masks and gloves. - Food serving has been reconfigured to minimize unnecessary contact. - We have limited our guest count to allow for a maximum of 40-50% occupancy allowing for plenty of space for us celebrate safely.
