We're Getting Married!

It's funny, the memory of us meeting is very different than when we actually met for the first time. You see, we were introduced through our friends that were dating in high school, or so we thought. Since we were 15 at the time, our parents had to drop us off at each other's house. When Jenna was getting dropped off for the first time at Chase's, her mom asked if this was Tammey's house. A little confused, Jenna confirmed that was his mom. Turns out the two of us met in diapers at just a few months old! We were walked in the same stroller and had many play dates 15 years before we met as teenagers and fell in love.

Every year, we explore a new destination together. Chase had finally talked Jenna into a cruise, and we island hopped through the Caribbean. While a proposal was anticipated during the trip since it was long overdue (sorry Chase), it was still such a surprise! It was day 2, our first full day on the boat. We wandered the boat and laid on the pool deck all day getting toasted. We went back to the room to get fancy for formal night, and Chase wanted to watch the sunset. This isn't out of the ordinary for him, so Jenna didn't think much of it. Most of you likely know Jenna doesn't wear heels often, so as you can imagine, she's complaining while walking all over this boat before dinner to go watch the sunset. We went up to the helicopter pad, and little did she know she'd turn around from taking a picture of the sunset to Chase down on one knee. After 11 years, you wouldn't think he'd be so nervous to ask, but he gave a speech with his shaky voice in which she replied YES! It was a special moment for us. We're so excited for you to celebrate our special day with us!
