The hotels listed are located closest to the reception venue (Izaak Walton League). There are also some other wonderful recommendations in the Altoona area like the Hyatt Place Altoona, Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Altoona, and Home2 Suites by Hilton Altoona.
