Question

What COVID precautions in place?

Answer

For the safety and comfort of all our guests and in compliance with CDC guidelines and authorities in our area, we respectfully request all guests are fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID test result within three days of our wedding. In addition, at this time, masks are required to be worn at the ceremony when inside the church. We are continuing to monitor CDC and local guidelines and will update these guidelines should there be any changes. Should you no longer feel comfortable attending our wedding, please let us know no later than September 17th.

We'd love to make it, but can't - will you be livestreaming your ceremony?

Answer

We will! While we'd love to have everyone with us to celebrate our big day, we realize that with COVID and travel this isn't always possible. To make sure we can include as many people as possible, we will be streaming our ceremony and sharing pictures from our wedding after the ceremony. To tune into the live stream, please go to: blctcmn.co/stream and click on the thumbnail of our wedding to tune in.

Do you have hotel blocks?

Answer

Due to the Medtronic Marathon the weekend of our wedding, we do not have official hotel blocks. However, we do have prenegotiated rates at some local hotels, please check out the hotel page for more information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is ample for the ceremony, but is more limited for the reception. We recommend using Uber or Lyft to get to the reception, or parking in the parking garage kitty-corner from the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely, please let Andrea or John know your special request and they will work with the caterer to accommodate.
