This love story starts out way back when in 2010 at Indian Hills High School, in Oakland NJ. Katie and Peter first met freshman year of high school as desk mates in math class. They started their friendship and not soon after started dating their junior year. Little did Peter know, Katie would always push the teachers to pair her up with Peter for group projects to get more facetime. Guess it worked! Their relationship grew stronger all through high school while they spent some of the best moments of their lives together. When 2014 came along they each went to their respective colleges but decided to give their long-distance relationship the ole college try. Even with a few crazy bumps along the road of life, it proved true that distance makes the heart grow fonder. Sidenote, If you ever need a cheap bus ticket from Chinatown to Bloomsburg, Peter knows the spot! They each followed their paths in college and supported each other through every success and failure along the way. When their graduation came around they stood by each others side proud of one another, but happy the long distance was coming to an end. Being home with their parents was a bit of an adjustment but they were just happy to have each other close by. Fast forward a few years to 2022, Peter FINALLY mustered up the courage to pop the question. Word on the street is he did pretty well. Personally, I think he waited too long, but who am I to judge! Some things really are worth the wait. The best part of this story is it's still being written, and they can't wait for all of you to be a part of it!
