Welcome Cocktails on the Beach

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Beach cocktail attire (Jacket, no tie)

Help us get the weekend started with some drinks, light snacks, and a beach bonfire (plus s'mores!) The event will be on the beach (right past the Frozen Hut patio), so wear shoes that can be easily taken off. Depending on the wind, it might get a bit chilly so bring a warmer layer! Transportation from CBC back to hotels after welcome party: All buses leave Coral Beach at 10:00pm: Coral Beach to Rosewood (large bus) Coral Beach to Azura (mini bus) Coral Beach to The Reefs (taxi) Coral Beach to Coco Reef (taxi) *Please note there will not be transportation to CBC for the welcome party, as people will be coming from dinner in various locations.

Wedding

Cocktail attire (jacket and tie or suit)

The entire evening will be held at Coral Beach Club. The ceremony will take place on the putting green, and cocktail hour will follow on the adjacent croquet lawn. Dinner and dancing will be on the Longtail Terrace which is a very short walk from the croquet lawn/putting green. Transportation schedule to and from CBC: Saturday afternoon to Coral Beach: Rosewood: bus leaves at 2:45pm The Reefs: taxi leaves at 3:00pm Coco Reef: taxi leaves at 3:00pm Azura: bus leaves at 3:00 pm Saturday night back to hotels: Rosewood: There will be a bus that will leave Coral Beach at 10:30 (when the band finishes) and another bus that will leave Coral Beach at midnight (when the after party finishes) Azura and Coco Reef: There will be a shuttle that will run back and forth between Coral Beach and both hotels starting at 10:30 and continuing until midnight. The Reefs: There will be a taxi that will leave at 10:30

Farewell Brunch

Very casual brunch for those who wish to say goodbye. This will be held in the main dining room at Coral Beach (same place where breakfast is held daily).
