What time can you check in at the hotel?

You can check in at 3pm! Check out is 11am!

Will there be more than one shuttle?

Answer

Yes! At 3:45 & again at 4pm. The shuttle bus will come back twice! But don’t wait for the second shuttle to come around! Hop on the first shuttle bus!

What do you say for the hotel?

Answer

Say you are booking a room under the Russo-Ford Wedding and our wedding date! They will give you the group rate! And don’t forget to grab your thank you bag!

When can you start arriving at the venue?

Answer

You can start arriving at the venue at between 4:00pm-4:15pm. Grab a welcome beverage and relax before the BIG night! Bring a jacket in case it’s cold!

They will arrive around 3:45pm

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be outside so dress accordingly to the weather! At the reception hall there will be a coat closet next to the wedding favors!

What do you put for the RSVP for food?

All you have to check off is if you are accepting or declining! Everyone will be receiving the same dish, 3oz filet Mignon and 3oz salmon, chef’s choice of starch & veggie!

No, please give them a call to reserve a room! Just use our name Russo-Ford wedding and our wedding date!

Everyone will be receiving the same “duet” dish. 3oz filet Mignon, 3oz salmon, chef’s choice of a starch and chef’s choice of a vegetable!

I prefer if you send back out the rsvp cards, that way I can mark it off as I go!

However you feel comfortable! You want to wear a nice pair of jeans and a button up shirt? Sounds good! You want to wear a suit? Sounds perfect! Waterloo Village is a rustic, laid back vibe! As long as you are having a good time, I don’t care what you wear!
