Let's just go ahead and address the elephant in the room: yes, Kimberly is the cooler of the Haupt sisters. But did you know, Kim can only make right hand turns on a bicycle? All those years going around the culd-a-sac in circles got the best of her as evidenced by the time she tried to fight a stop sign and the stop sign won. Kim is a proud plant mom and flower child, and she and Becca share a common love for aquariums, temporary tattoos, and ice cream.
John Flynn
Best Man
When Tom moved from Colonia to Cranford in 4th grade him and John became fast friends. From summers at the Cranford pool to the ongoing quest for bowling kingpin at the lanes, John and Tom have a long history as friends. Tom can't think of anyone else who would make a better Best Man for this big day!
Allison Smith
Bridesmaid
Allison and Becca are cousins almost exactly one month apart in age. Their friendship blossomed most recently when they both found themselves voluntary residents of the great state of Pennsylvania. From skiing to outlet shopping Allison and Becca have taken full advantage of what northeastern and central PA have to offer! Allison is the first of two bridesmaids who does not know how to ride a bicycle; her history with bicycles includes a run in with a mailbox and a sewer (separate occasions).
Dan Aldredge
Groomsman
Dan is Tom's oldest brother and has always been a role model to Tom growing up. They have fond memories together like when Dan coached Tom's middle school soccer team and when Dan took Tom to his first metal concert. These days you can find them talking hockey or giving each other a hard time in the family group text.
Ashley Tomich
Bridesmaid
Ashley and Becca spent countless hours on the ice together growing up! From Chipotle runs between practices and summers at the jersey shore to their most recent, spontaneous adventure to Iceland they have become the best of friends over the years. Ashley is the second of two bridesmaids that does not know how to ride a bicycle but she is pretty good on a scooter! PS be sure to wish Ashley a very happy birthday the morning after the wedding (May 22nd)!
Kevin Aldredge
Groomsman
Kevin is the middle child of the Aldredge boys, and both Dan and Tom agree he's the favorite. One of Tom's favorite memories was his trip to visit Kevin at Macalester College in Minnesota, his first solo trip & plane ride. Since moving to Austin, Tom and Becca don't see Kevin as much as they'd like; but the Aldredge boys recently met up in Calgary for a boys trip and Becca and Tom look forward to visiting Austin soon! We all know Kevin has a sensitive stomach, so be sure to ask him if there are onions in french onion soup or if he can handle one more bite of apple pie a la mode.
Leah Quinn
Bridesmaid
Unlike Allison and Ashley, Leah is quite skilled on a bicycle. So much so, that she once ran over a chipmunk. That's right people, she ran over a chipmunk with a bicycle - what a talented bridesmaid! Leah and Becca share an affinity for Roman history and are the only two fools to waste a great deal of their childhood's studying latin and wearing togas, but they don't regret it. Fun fact: Leah once pants-ed Becca on the playground in elementary school and Becca has not yet forgiven her; best not to bring it up.
Parker Aldredge
Groomsman
Tom is happy to have his cousin Parker as one of his groomsmen. Finally having someone he could beat in basketball, Tom liked going over to Parker's house for sleepovers as a kid. Today, Parker and Tom share a similar sense of humor often clowning around in their own way during family gatherings. Who knows, you may even see some of these two goofball's best moves on the dance floor.
Kathryn Ahern
Bridesmaid
Kathryn and Becca became fast friends in the 4th grade after getting into numerous shenanigans and having their playground entrepreneurial endeavors shut down. Along with Leah, they spent much of their time on bikes roaming the streets of Cranford and spending too much time at the Chinese food restaurant downtown. Kathryn and Becca share a love of of St. Patrick's Day and have an affinity for mermaid culture.
Kevin Brodie
Groomsman
If you know anything about Kevin, you know he's a character. A character actor that is. Whether it's as Johnny Depp or Groomsmen and friend, Kevin knows how to play the part. Tom and Kevin have been friends since elementary school and enjoy spending time together attending sporting events.
Karma
Bridesmaid
When Tom suggested they get a cat Becca was originally hesitant, but when she saw Karma on petfinder.com she knew she was "the one." Sure enough, Karma convinced Becca and Tom to take home her brother, Rebel, too. Karma now spends a lot of time chasing her own tail in the bath tub and dunking socks in her water dish (both tricks as silly as they sound). Although she cannot ride a bike, her extra special party trick is to go up on top of the fridge only when Tom is not watching.
Rebel
Groomsman
Tom and Becca certainly did not plan to bring home two cats but somehow here we are (and Tom is certainly not mad about it). Believe it or not, Tom and Rebel spoon every night in a way that makes Becca quite jealous of their relationship. Rebel's special skills include meowing loudly for food and meowing loudly for no reason whatsoever.
