Great Lakes Crossing Outlets
Large mall just 15 minutes from the venue for anyone like Zach who would like to buy their wedding attire a few hours before the wedding. Attractions also include a Legoland discovery center, Rainforest Cafe, and an aquarium for the kiddos (and the young at heart).
Topgolf
Just next to Great Lakes Crossing mall, Topgolf is another favorite of ours. If you haven't been to Topgolf before, this is like a driving range combined with a restaurant. You can rent out a bay for your group and spend an hour or more playing various games.
Orion Oaks County Park
About 13 minutes from the venue at Pine Knob, this beautiful park has miles of easy dirt walking paths as well as a massive dog park. $5/car/day: Oakland County Resident Rate $12/car/day: Regular Rate $4/car/day: Seniors 62+/Adaptive/Military/Veterans
Downtown Rochester
This cute little downtown has several coffee shops, ice cream shops, and restaurants as well as a nearby paved walking path to enjoy. To access the walking path, we recommend parking at the Library (a block from downtown, and free to park at!) and you can find the path just behind the library. For restaurants, Rochester Mills, the Rochester Brunch House, the Meeting House, and Kruse and Muer are just a few of our favorites (:
