May 31st, if you do not RSVP by this date your invite will be voided and you will not be allowed to just show up(no exceptions).
Ceremony is outdoors, reception is indoors
We ask that everyone be seated by 3:50, ceremony will start promptly at 4pm
Formal/Cocktail(No street clothes will be allowed)
Earth tone colors( Browns, tans, beige, sage green, peach, burnt orange) with the exception of black.
Plus one’s are limited to wedding party and guest who are married or in long term relationships that we are already aware of. If you are not married and we do not know your partner, unfortunately they cannot attend.
No we ask that you not take photos during the ceremony as there will be photographers and videographers and we do not want any distractions in our photos or videos that cost us a lot of money. We have designate someone to take personal photos.
For ceremony there is street parking on Martin Luther King Jr Drive and Parkgate Ave. It is a two story garden so parking on Martin Luther King Jr Drive will bring you in on the lower level and Parkgate Ave will bring you in from the upper level. Ceremony will take place on lower level. The reception venue has a parking lot. We ask that everyone is seated on time to avoid interruptions of the bride and grooms entrances.

Cocktail hour will start at 5:30pm, ending at 6:30 to begin reception. All guest should be seated by 7pm.
Yes, drinks will be limited during cocktail hour to accommodate for the reception.
