4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Please take into account the distance to the venue from your hotel and the shuttle schedule. If you do not make the 3:00 pm shuttle from Grand Casino Hinckley, please plan to drive to the venue to arrive in time for the ceremony. Cars may be left overnight at Ivory North but will need to be picked up by 8:30 AM the next day.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Open bar to include: domestic and craft beer, house wine, and liquor selections. Light appetizers and games will be provided!
5:45 pm - 11:15 pm
Dinner and speeches with LOTS of dancing to follow! Open bar to include: domestic and craft beer, house wine, and liquor selections. Music ends at 11:00. There will be a continuous shuttle bus to Grand Casino Hinckley that leaves Ivory North at 8:15, 9:15, 10:15, and 11:15. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!!!
