When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by 4/8/2024. You can RSVP by either mail or online through our website!
Question
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside weather permitting followed by an indoor reception. Cocktail hour will be held on an enclosed veranda.
Question
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 5 PM so please at the latest plan on arriving 30 minutes to be able to find a seat accordingly

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Answer
Yes! As several members of our family are traveling from out of state we are having a Welcome Reception the night before for everyone to attend. As well as the morning after there will be a brunch provided at the venue.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
Yes! We will have options for dinner for children as well as activity books for them at the reception so that they can stay busy.
Question
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
We have a block of rooms at TownePlace Suites located in Gainesville where there are also several other lodging accommodations as needed!
Question
Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Cocktail hour will be complementary. However, during the reception the bar will be changed to a cash bar so please plan on bringing either a debit card or cash.
