We first crossed paths as freshmen at Asheville Christian Academy, but we never actually spoke to each other. All through high school, we shared classes without even realizing it until after we started dating. During our senior year, some of our friends thought we would be perfect together and helped set us up during a school trip to Washington, DC. At the same time, our best friends were texting both of us behind the scenes to make it happen. They were all definitely right. We started dating on December 21, 2022, finished out our senior year side by side, and later chose the same college, UNCW, which turned out to be one of the best decisions we have made. From two quiet classmates to partners in everything, our story has unfolded exactly how God planned it.
