This part of Montana is so special to our families and us, and we're excited to share its beauty with you!
Glacier National Park

Glacier National Park

Going-to-the-Sun Road, MT

Visiting Glacier is a must if you're able to arrive early or stay late around the wedding weekend. It is well worth it to experience Glacier's pristine forests, alpine meadows, rugged mountains, and spectacular lakes! For hikers and adventurers, Glacier offers hundreds of miles of hiking trails that range from easy to more challenging. A few family friendly hikes we've done many times include a hike to Avalanche Lake or the Hidden Lake Nature Trail. You can always soak up the views from the car as you enjoy a jaw-dropping drive up the famous Going-to-the-Sun Road. Be on the lookout for wildlife, including mountain goats and bears!

Whitefish Mountain Resort

Whitefish Mountain Resort

3889 Big Mountain Road, Whitefish, MT 59937
, (877) 754-3474

Visit the ski resort in the summer to take a scenic lift ride up to the top of the mountain! I used to do this all the time with my family and we'd have lunch at the top. You can see views of Whitefish Lake, Flathead Valley and Glacier National Park! Definitely a fun afternoon activity. -Grace

Whitefish Lake

Whitefish Lake

1615 W. Lakeshore, Whitefish, MT 59937

Bring the family for a picnic and play on the lake's beach. Boating, swimming, water-skiing and fishing are popular activities on this lake with beautiful mountain views. It's right near downtown Whitefish and close to the reception venue!
