What is the deadline for the wedding RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP by September 30th 2024. Please have the RSVP complete before September 30, 2024 as the bride and groom must provide final numbers to the venue and cater. If you do not RSVP we can not guarantee you a seat or food.

What is the timeline for the wedding?
Answer
Seating/doors open for arrival of guests at 4:00 pm, ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm, we ask that everyone be in their seat by 4:25 pm. The ceremony should take 10-15 minutes. The reception will take place in the reception hall at 4:45 pm with cocktail hour while the bride, groom, wedding party and family take photos. The reception will end at 9 pm, with the bride and groom send off at 8:30 pm.

What is the proper attire for guests?
Answer
Guests should dress in cocktail attire: Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets, button down shirts, slacks. Please refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, t-shirt dresses, or any casual wear.

Will there be a cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres?
Answer
Yes! After the ceremony the guest will be taken to the reception area where refreshments, cocktails, and appetizers will be served.

What food is being served for dinner?
Answer
The dinner is buffet style with two meat options. Garlic knots, house salad, two vegetable options, brisket, and chicken.

Are children allowed to the ceremony and reception?
Answer
This is an adult only wedding. There are a few exceptions, they have spoken to the bride and groom before hand.

Where do we park?
Answer
There is a large parking lot behind Dominion House. When you arrive, there will be Dominion House employees directing you where to go for the ceremony.

Can we smoke on property or bring outside liquor in?
Answer
NO! Dominion House and its grounds are smoke free. If you wish to smoke or vape, you must go off property past their gates( to the main roads, and public sidewalk) to do so. If you smoke and are caught, then the bride and groom will be billed a large fee, so please refrain from smoking on the grounds. No outside liquor is to be brought in. We will have a bar with beer, wine, and liquor. There is also water, coffee, tea, lemonade, and soda for those that do not wish to drink alcohol.

Are we allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a great photographer to capture the days events. We want our guests to sit back and enjoy the ceremony with your eyes and not behind a phone. You will be given a chance to take photos at the beginning of the ceremony, after that, please put phones away so you can fully appreciate the moment where the bride and groom share their vows.

What is the typical weather in Oklahoma in the month of November?
Answer
Typical weather.. well its Oklahoma.. so it can be rain, snow, or sunshine. The temperature can range from 70's-mid 50's. Nights will be much cooler so you will want to bring a jacket.
