We're Married!

We met at University of North Florida. In January 2017, we went on our first date and quickly became inseparable after realizing we had something special. We went to California Pizza Kitchen on our first date and started trying several new restaurants, going to the movies, and walks around UNF or our apartments when we first started dating!

We spent the week in Colorado hiking and Connor waited until the perfect moment to pop the question. We drove up in the mountains in Evergreen, CO where it was snowing and were the only ones at the trail. We realized quickly into our hike that no one was there because the snow was starting to melt and was slippery! Rachel slipped and fell a few times, so Connor decided to take a break at the midpoint of the trail before turning around. He was taking Rachel's picture and told her to turn around and put her hands out while looking at the scenery. Rachel thought he was taking a lot of pictures, but when she turned around he was on one knee!
