Festivities kick off Friday evening around 6pm and carry late into the night Saturday features an optional, open-house style poolside BBQ between 11am and 4pm Both events will be hosted in Gables Estates

We will provide hotel suggestions shortly. We recommend staying in our neighborhood, Coconut Grove, a walkable, peacock-filled town with restaurants and shops to explore in your free time. Hotels in Coconut Grove are about a 15-minute drive the venue.

Without traffic, Coconut Grove is 15 minutes from Miami Airport and 35 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport.

What to wear Friday?

Answer

European summer evenings—polished, relaxed, and ready to dance. Gentlemen: Leave your suit jackets and ties at home. Open-collar shirts, chinos, linens and comfortable shoes! Gals: Relaxed resort vacation wear and informal cocktail dresses. Note that part of the evening will take place on turf grass—choose footwear accordingly.

Emissary Cafe is perfect for a quick coffee and light breakfast, while Chug's Diner offers a heartier menu. Enjoy lunch waterfront at Regatta Grove or Bayshore Club. Ava, Amal and Carbone Vino offer delicious food with classic Miami-chic ambiance. For a more casual environment, you can't go wrong with Mr. O1 Pizza and Narbona. Looking for a quick workout? Stroll along the waterfront in Regatta Park and Peacock Park or take a class at Tremble Pilates and Sweat440. Explore the Grove from Cocowalk to Commodore Plaza and discover shopping, dining and if you're lucky, you may spot a peacock roaming the side streets!
