Just after proposing on the beach, Adler surprised Monica with an engagement party at Grill's Tiki Bar with close family and friends. When we lived in the 321, we would go to the beach and stop by Grill's on the way home. There, we would order a local specialty: The Double O., a mango daiquiri with a rum floater named after a party-boat charter, The Ocean Obsession.

3/4 of Monica's parents worked at Kennedy Space Center during the Space Shuttle program. Most interestingly, when visiting the KSC visitor complex you can view a main engine used on the Space Shuttle. The Father of the Bride, David Cortez, once welded on these engines with Boeing. See the welds up-close for yourself!
