How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Transportation to the wedding venue leaves from the Hotel Sol Ipanema at 3 pm on 4.24.26. The shuttle will also take guests back to the Hotel Sol Ipanema after the reception.

What should I wear to the wedding and other events?

Answer

Women may wear knee-length or midi dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy skirts. Men should wear a suit or dress pants with a blazer and button-down shirt. Please avoid jeans, sneakers, and overly casual outfits; for the welcome dinner, we recommend casual clothing so you can feel comfortable in Rio's weather.

When should we arrive?

Answer

We are just having 2 wedding events (the welcome dinner and the wedding itself) starting on April 22nd, so you can plan to arrive between April 20th and leave after April 25th. Rio has wonderful places for you to visit while you're not busy with the wedding events (take a look at the "Things to Do" tab).
