Florence (Amerigo Vespucci Airport) "FLR" is a 40 minute drive from the venue. You can get a rental car from there if you plan to explore Tuscany or elsewhere or coordinate with a group to arrange for a shuttle to/from the venue.

Rome (Leonardo da Vinci Rome Fiumicino International Airport) "FCO" is about 3 hours from the venue. You can fly into Rome and take the speed train to Florence which takes ~90 minutes. Florence is then 40 minutes from the venue - if you are planning to spend some time in Rome and/or Florence this can be a great option as the flights tend to be more frequent in and out of Rome!

International Driver's Permit- Important if driving!

For those getting a rental car, you will need to apply for an international's driver's permit, which is valid for one year, so the sooner the better to apply. They will just validate your US driver's license and mail you the international driver's permit for $30.
