The ceremony space is not available to guests until 4:30pm at the earliest. There are many local places to go in downtown providence, if you happen to be early and need to kill time. Check in with other guests and find a spot to meet up for a drink then head to City Hall for a 4:30pm - 4:50pm arrival time.
