FAQs

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Yes! Children are more than welcome, we ask that you add their names on your RSVP card so we will have an accurate head count.

Question

What food and drink will be served?

Answer

We will be having an open bar serving wine and beer, and a champagne toast, as well as a buffet-style dinner catered by Ray Brothers BBQ.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Sundresses, cocktail dresses, formal gowns, suits, tuxes, dress shirts and pants, etc. are all acceptable.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, at the same venue.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you are unable to attend, please mail back your RSVP card with your name and "declines with regret" marked.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. If your invitation is addressed to you "and guest" you have been allotted a plus one. We ask that you add the name of your guest to your RSVP card, as well as any of your children you will be bringing, so that we have an accurate head count.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

While the RSVP cards enclosed in the invitations say to RSVP by August 10, we recognize that they were sent out much later than anticipated. Because of this, we ask that you send your RSVP cards back by August 25.

Question

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 3:00 pm. We advise that you arrive 15-30 minutes ahead of time, to ensure that all guests arrive on time and also have time to mingle and find a seat before the ceremony begins.
