Montrose Airport (MTJ)
Montrose Regional Airport will likely be the easiest airport for most guests to fly into and is a 1 hour, 20 minute drive to Telluride. Montrose offers direct flights from Dallas and Denver. You can also pick up a rental car at this airport or use a local transportation service.

Telluride Airport (TEX)
The Telluride Regional Airport offers a small number of direct flights to and from Denver and Phoenix. You can book flights through Denver Air Connection or United. Ground transportation is limited (Uber and Lyft not available) so be sure to have transportation coordinated ahead of time - see options at https://tellurideairport.com/ground-transportation.

Ground Transportation
Due to Telluride's walkability, we recommend hiring a shuttle to transport you and your party between the airport and Telluride/Mountain Village. MOUNTAIN LIMO - shared and private shuttles to and from MTJ and TEX (970-728-9606) TELLURIDE EXPRESS - shared and private shuttles to and from MTJ and TEX (970-728-6000) Telluride is a walkable town with limited parking. We recommend using the free bus transit service, Galloping Goose, to get around town, the Gondola, or Mountain Village's Dial-a-Ride service for transportation. The free gondola between Mountain Village and downtown Telluride runs daily from 6:30am to midnight. Please keep in mind that Uber and Lyft are not available in Telluride.
