There's only an exit 103 going Westbound. You can take exit 104, make the first left, go under the overpass, and turn left at the next light to get back onto the highway. Another option would be to take exit 102B and merge onto Russ Avenue West. Follow the road and turn right onto US 19/23. Lake Junaluska will be on the left.
