The Charlottesville airport will be the closest airport to our venue if you are choosing to fly. It is approximately a 30 minute drive from our venue.

Another option for flying would be to the Richmond airport. This is further away, but there are rental car options if you would like to drive down. Its approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes away from the venue

There are 3 separate airports in Washington that may be cheaper to fly into. The drive will be longer to get to Charlottesville from each of them, but you may find cheaper rates flying into these airports. We have a block of rooms set at this hotel. It is not far from the ceremony and there will be a shuttle service provided to take you to the venue for the ceremony. Please ensure you make your reservation by 9/12/2021 as the rooms will then be opened to the public and may book up quickly. When calling to make a reservation, tell them you would like a room under the Wick - Gary Wedding Block and they will provide you with our discounted rate.

Shuttle

Easy Riders Bus Company

November 13, 2021 3:00 pm - 10:45 pm

A shuttle bus will be picking guests up at each hotel at 3:00 pm and taking you to the venue for the ceremony. It will be running during the reception and taking guests back to the hotels until the Bride and Groom departure at 10:30PM
