We have a block of hotels rooms available for guests just a 10-minute drive from the venue. If you would like to take advantage of the block rate ($177.00+Tax per night), please call the hotel directly and tell them you are booking with the group "FranksHooverWedding". The check-in date is set for Friday, 8/23, but you can still book in the block if you'd like to check-in on Saturday, 8/24. Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am on 8/25. Each room in the block includes two queen beds, free WiFi, parking, hot and cold breakfast buffet, and access to the fitness and business centers. Any changes or cancellation to your reservation in the block must be made by 3pm on 8/20. This block rate will be available to book in until 8/9.
Shuttle
Shuttle Information

We have two shuttle trips set from the hotel to the venue and back. There will be two pickup times from the hotel, at 2:30pm and 3:00pm, before the ceremony, and two pickup times from the reception, at 9:00pm and 9:30pm. Space on these shuttles is very limited so please plan accordingly!!
