Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal (dressy casual). We want you to look and feel nice, but there's no need to pull out your tuxedos or formal gowns. For the guys, a nice pair of slacks and a dress shirt or polo shirt are recommended. For the ladies, a nice dress, skirt and blouse, or pant suit are recommended.

Are kids invited?

We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. Our hope is that you can use this as an opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and fun kid-free date night!

When should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm, so please arrive no later than 3:15 in order to have enough time to find a seat. As a reminder, the ceremony is outside at the Homestead grounds at Mound Grove, right next to the barn where the reception will be.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
RSVP's are due no later than July 24th. You can RSVP easily on this website, just look for the RSVP tab.

What's for dinner?
Answer
The most important question! Dinner will be plated with short ribs, smoked turkey, au gratin potatoes, green beans with bacon, and a side salad with dinner rolls. An ice cream bar will follow for dessert. Please be sure to note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can inform the venue to provide an alternative dinner option for you.

Where can I park?
Answer
There is ample parking at the venue. Primary parking for guests will be up behind the barn, in between the barn and the Homestead. Overflow parking will be in front of the barn. Both the ceremony and reception locations are handicap accessible.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We unfortunately cannot accommodate all of our guests bringing a plus one. Therefore, plus ones are by invitation only and we kindly ask other guests to not bring a plus one. Thank you for understanding!
